A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Hi, my name is Kerry and I run Completely You.
My passion is to help people and I have devoted my life to that aim. My entire career has been spent learning the skills required so that people can achieve positive change in their lives. I am here to help you achieve your goals.
I have a special interest and passion in working with eating issues, relationships with food, eating disorders, body image issues and obesity and have trained at the National Centre for Eating Disorders.
I also work with clients on issues relating to self - esteem and self confidence, as well as common mental health issues like anxiety, stress and depression. I have gained this experience in a variety of settings including, the statutory sector, corporate organisations, charities and not for profit organisations.
I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor and I have a range of skills to help you with your problem.
I am an accredited member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework. I have regular clinical supervision and take part in regular Continued Professional Development to make sure that I am helping you in the most effective way.
